What it is
Balans.finance keeps your accounts, transactions, categories and budgets in one place, in whatever currencies your money is in, and turns them into financial statements and a financial health score. Transactions come from manual entry, bank statement import and receipt scanning.
Who operates it
The service is operated by I/E GRIGORII REZNICHENKO, Business ID 305531494, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as Balans.finance. The Terms of Service name the same operator.
Where it runs
The app and its database run in Frankfurt, Germany, and uploaded files are kept in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, both with DigitalOcean. The Privacy Policy lists every company that processes your data.

Balans.finance is available in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish and Georgian.
